The driver came on time, being professional and cope with my instructions to strip the wheelchair out in a secured manner. He was strong enough to lift and put it at the boot. He mind up to cope with me besides my health conditions. Was perfect! "

"We were sent a saloon instead of a minibus both journeys, the minibus arrived 15 minutes later on the outward trip. However on the return we were lucky to be able to use the other minibus we had booked to take some luggage and people and the rest had to squeeze into the saloon, otherwise we would have had to wait another 20 minutes at 11.30pm with 3 young, exhausted children. We specified 5 people and lots of luggage and it caused delays and distress at both ends of a journey to not receive what we ordered. We will be seeking compensation as we paid £178 return for a minibus. "

"I pre-booked the taxi on the understanding that the flight's arrival would be tracked. My flight was to land at 11.05 am and I had booked for the cab at 11.50 am. Unfortunately the flight got delayed and it landed at 12.03. I was out by 12:53. The driver entered the premise at 12:07. If I apply the 29 minutes grace period, the extra waiting time was 7 minutes. The extra waiting charge is 5 pounds for 15 minutes. I was asked to pay 20 pounds extra at the end of the journey, which even the driver felt was bit too much. I also don't understand why the driver would be sent in as soon as the flight lands? There is no way a customer can fulfill immigration and baggage reclaim in 29 minutes. Event if the wait period was calculated from 11:50, the waiting time was only 21 minutes, and I should have been charged only 10 pounds extra. I found the person who calculated the excess fare rude when I asked him to reduce the excess fare. I was tired after the long flight and in no mood to argue but I had decided to call later on dispute the excess charge that was unfair. I have used taxi code in the past and my flight was on time so things went smooth. I have also referred taxi code to friends to pre-booked their taxi from the airport. This time my fight was delayed and taxi code tried to make a quick buck. I am disappointed. I hope taxi code would like to make this right. "

As for Million cars not turning up, I received a different company driver an hour later, I then missed my train at reading and eventually missed the hospital visiting of my terminally ill father, where every minute counts. Would be very wary of using Taxicode again due to this"

No phone call or text was sent to me to let me know this. The worst is that I PAID £23 IN ADVANCE. I would like to get my money back for this journey that never took place, especially since I had to get another taxi to be able to make my train. Very disappointed. "

They wanted you to have the best experience and journey and honestly cared about the customer. They were also hilarious! Although for our second journey the taxi was late, the driver phoned multiple times apologising and explaining the situation which was no fault of his as there was so much traffic. Yet he still got us to our destination on time. Brilliant taxi service and look forward to using it again. 5 stars:) "

"Our driver was about 10 minutes late for our initial pickup and no phones were answered but I can live with that as he did turn up after a little panic. On our return we had to wait a little while for him to turn up but again no biggy, the one thing I have to complain about is that we had to watch the whole way home as he seemed to be falling asleep constantly......the journey home was not safe in the slightest which was the main reason we booked as we knew we would be tired. We missed turnings, we drifted in and out of lanes and the passengers who could see the rear view mirrors were alerting him by coughing loudly to wake him. I’m afraid we won’t be using your services again."

" We emailed Million Cars the day before our return with our flight and arrival details, but the driver was apparently unaware of this. The result was that it took several telephone calls and a 45 minute delay before he met us. No blame attaches to the driver, who had apparently not been given our emailed information, but there was obviouls a lack of internal communication at Million Cars!"

"Two way journey. First part absolutely perfect and cannot fault. Return journey didn't show. When chased and finally got call from driver 15 minutes later couldn't find pick up point. Didn't know best way to train station and drove past two drop off points before finally getting to the furthest possible drop off point for the station. Only managed to catch my train as GWR running ten minutes late. "
