"He didn’t turn up at all! Was told a story about how he’d broken his jack. The dispatcher did call another local firm who provided a good driver. As for Million cars not turning up, I received a different company driver an hour later, I then missed my train at reading and eventually missed the hospital visiting of my terminally ill father, where every minute counts. Would be very wary of using Taxicode again due to this"

"I booked this journey in advance because I needed to make a late train, but the driver went to the wrong address and then never turned up to get me from the correct address. No phone call or text was sent to me to let me know this. The worst is that I PAID £23 IN ADVANCE. I would like to get my money back for this journey that never took place, especially since I had to get another taxi to be able to make my train. Very disappointed. "

"Amazing. Best taxi service me and my partner have ever experienced. The drivers were chatty and very lovely. They wanted you to have the best experience and journey and honestly cared about the customer. They were also hilarious! Although for our second journey the taxi was late, the driver phoned multiple times apologising and explaining the situation which was no fault of his as there was so much traffic. Yet he still got us to our destination on time. Brilliant taxi service and look forward to using it again. 5 stars:) "

"Our driver was about 10 minutes late for our initial pickup and no phones were answered but I can live with that as he did turn up after a little panic. On our return we had to wait a little while for him to turn up but again no biggy, the one thing I have to complain about is that we had to watch the whole way home as he seemed to be falling asleep constantly......the journey home was not safe in the slightest which was the main reason we booked as we knew we would be tired. We missed turnings, we drifted in and out of lanes and the passengers who could see the rear view mirrors were alerting him by coughing loudly to wake him. I’m afraid we won’t be using your services again."

" We emailed Million Cars the day before our return with our flight and arrival details, but the driver was apparently unaware of this. The result was that it took several telephone calls and a 45 minute delay before he met us. No blame attaches to the driver, who had apparently not been given our emailed information, but there was obviouls a lack of internal communication at Million Cars!"
TRAIN TRAVELLER
"Two way journey. First part absolutely perfect and cannot fault. Return journey didn't show. When chased and finally got call from driver 15 minutes later couldn't find pick up point. Didn't know best way to train station and drove past two drop off points before finally getting to the furthest possible drop off point for the station. Only managed to catch my train as GWR running ten minutes late. "
