"Excellent driver, friendly and punctual. However he did not know that the road was closed, so we had to go a different route and were late. Also I had specifically asked for an unbranded car, as it was to travel to my wedding, and was promised (by a very nice helpful man on the phone) a mercedes viano but the vehicle which came on the day had a taxi number on the side. If I’d wanted a taxi with branding I probably could have paid less!"
"There was a small confusion about meeting, but after that, we had a very good journey. Driver was polite and friendly. Car was wonderful. Driver had his mask on. Overall, a very good service."
