"It was the 1st time i have ever booked a taxi service for an airport transfer online so was a bit sceptical at first but I shouldn't have been as everything was perfect. We had a lovely driver named Vlad and his service was impeccable, he was very friendly and we felt at ease with him. Booking company provided wrong post code but driver was very nice about it while it was being sorted.
Booking company tried to blame the mistake on me - probably because there was an extra charge involved which I paid to the driver so he won’t be shortchanged.
Driver & his service, brilliant!; booking platform? Needs some updating - error in post code is unacceptable and could’ve been really costly.
