"The trip went very well although our plane was delayed over an hour. Despite the driver not being given my correct number, he waited and accommodated us. Unfortunately we didn’t know exactly where to meet the driver, only the “arrivals” area at the airport. This information is too vague and left room for plenty of confusion. But once we found the car, all was well. We gave the driver a tip in hand."
