"Not the drivers fault, he was very good but faced with an impossible task in getting to and from the o2 during the rail strike. The driver would have been on time but for the traffic chaos and in the end we met him at an alternative location. I had suggested in the TaxiCode booking form that if they recommended a better pick up location then they should do so but was only told a different location after the traffic clogged up"
